Route three is full of static electricity, and makes trainers' hair and Pokemon's fur stand on end. Quite amusing. It is basically a large plain with a large amount of electricity in the air due to a large, slightly creepy-looking disused power plant. The windows are nearly all smashed, and Pokemon linger in nearby bushes, ready to pounce on unsuspecting trainers.
There is not much cover apart from inside the plant and in its wild, overgrown garden. The grass grows long and yellow, crackling with electricity. Small surges pass through the grass occasionally, sent from either the plant or a Pokemon.
